Monroe County, Indiana

Monroe County is a party to the consent decree. The county commissioners a responsible for protecting the rights of Monroe County and have assigned a full-time person, Dennis Williamson, to work on the PCB issue. The commissioners or their legal advisor attends many of the meetings and work to insure they reflect the community's interest in dealings with the court and other parties. Present commissioners are Iris Kiesling, Brian O'Neill, and Joyce Poling.)
