Utilities Department

The Utilities Department of the City of Bloomington has a full-time PCB Coordinator who participates in technical meetings regarding all PCB issues (i.e.: sampling, monitoring, risk assesment and cleanup plans) with project managers from the different government parties and Westinghouse Electric Corporation (CBS). The PCB Coordinator is assisted in technical meetings by Utilities Department personnel and private consultants. The PCB Coordinator reports to the Utility Service Board and to the Mayor.
