Consent Decree Amendement 2009
On March 31, 2009 the EPA filed an MTE (Motion to Enter) the final amendment to the Consent Decree. (Here is an EPA Summary of the Consent Decree from 1994, the full text from 1985.) EPA proposed the final Amendment in the winter of 2008, the full 836 page document is here.
The brief (well, really it's a 40 page PDF) has a concise history of the court's actions in the case, outlines the remedies for Lemon Lane, Neal's Landfill, and Bennett's Dump, and specifies the damages to be paid by CBS.
